About Estruct

With 30+ years of combined building experience Estruct Group has been building and re-modelling luxury homes in and around Melbourne.

Our work includes the following areas; Williamstown, Yarraville, Newport, Spotswood, Essendon, Aberfeldie, Moonee Ponds, South Yarra, Brighton, Elwood, Doncaster, Port Melbourne, Preston, Blackburn and outer Melbourne including Yarrambat.

Services include both the design and construction of new homes, extensions, renovations, custom kitchens, bathroom design and re-modelling  home additions, including commercial re-modelling and tenant improvement.

We stand behind our work, warranty every job, and go to great lengths to ensure that our clients are involved in the process every step of the way.

Estruct is a registered builder with the building commission Victoria and won the 2012 Master Builder Award for best renovation/addition over $1 million.

The Master Builders Association was established in 1875 by a group of distinguished builders intent on raising standards within the industry.
